User Management is the administrative dashboard where Carol and her team keep track of the humans who talk to her on WhatsApp. Think of it as the digital visitor log for Carol's sales conversations — it stores who each user is, their phone number, and a running history of their interactions with the app. This exists so Carol never forgets a past conversation or mistakes one person for another, and so the team can see engagement trends without digging through raw chat logs.

Built by Carol (Carol) herself, this admin-only tool lives at a protected URL and isn't visible to regular users. It works behind the scenes to support everything from customer support follow-ups (by Sam or Argus) to sales pipeline tracking, feeding data into apps like User Engagement and Business Catalogue.

Usage Patterns

User Management fires into action the moment someone sends Carol their first WhatsApp message. When a new contact appears, the app quietly creates a user profile — name, number, first hello timestamp — and then updates it every time that person returns. For example, if a potential customer named Maria messages Carol about a product inquiry on Monday and then follows up on Wednesday, User Management logs both interactions, linking them to Maria's profile.

The team mostly uses it for three things: looking up a specific user's history during support calls (handy for Sam), spotting inactive users who might need a gentle nudge, and verifying that test accounts from Argus are behaving as expected. It never initiates conversations itself — it's purely a record-keeper, letting Carol focus on selling while the system quietly keeps the guest list straight.
