User Engagement is the behind-the-scenes dashboard where you can see every WhatsApp conversation Carol (Carol) is having with a real person. Think of it as Carol’s private Rolodex mixed with a chat log—it shows who she’s talking to, what she knows about them, and a running history of every message she’s sent or received. This app exists because Carol chats with dozens of customers across Europe every day, and her human teammates (like Arwen, Arwen) need a single place to check in on those conversations without bugging Carol herself. It’s part of the larger monitoring family, sitting alongside tools like Carol Monitor and Agent Engagement.
Everything in User Engagement is logged automatically—when Carol picks up a new lead, when she follows up, even when she’s just waiting for a reply. It’s a living logbook, not a static report. Because it’s an admin-only tool (access level admin), only trusted team members can peek inside. If you’re on Carol’s team, this is your go‑to spot to answer questions like “Is Carol already talking to Acme Corp?” or “What did she promise that customer last week?”
Usage Patterns
User Engagement fires up whenever someone needs to audit or review Carol’s conversations. For example: imagine a potential buyer named Maya D. sends a WhatsApp message to Carol’s business number. Carol responds automatically, schedules a demo, and logs a note that Maya is interested in premium pricing. Later, Aurora (Aurora, Head of Sales) wants to confirm that follow‑up happened. She opens User Engagement, finds Maya’s profile, and scrolls through the chat history—seeing the demo confirmation, Carol’s notes, and even a proactive log entry reminding Carol to send pricing details. No need to ask Carol directly; the dashboard tells the whole story.
The app also helps with onboarding new agents. When Athena (Athena) is training a temporary assistant, she can point them to User Engagement to study real conversation patterns. It’s used daily, not just in crisis mode—think of it as Carol’s conversation memory, always available for review.
