Jarvis Monitor is Carol's window into what happened across the organisation each day. It collects daily activity data — the tasks completed, decisions made, and outputs produced by Carol's agents — and tracks whether the automatic "diary" for each day has been successfully generated. Think of it as a daily roll-call combined with a logbook status board: did everyone check in, and has the summary been written up?

The app is owned by Jarvis (the agent behind the scenes) and sits within Carol's monitoring card group alongside tools like Carol Monitor and Hermione Monitor. It requires authentication to access, so only authorised users and agents can view its dashboards. If you want a broader look at what individual agents have been up to, Activity Tracker captures granular task-level detail; Jarvis Monitor is more concerned with the big-picture question: is today's activity collection complete, and is the diary ready?

Usage Patterns

Jarvis Monitor is most useful at the start or end of a working day. A typical scenario: Orion (Orion, the Deputy Admin) opens Jarvis Monitor each morning to confirm that the previous day's diary was generated without errors. If the status shows a gap — say, activity data arrived but the diary generation step failed — Orion can investigate and trigger a re-run before the leadership team reviews their daily briefing in Clara Monitor.

The app also serves as a historical reference. If someone asks, "Did we capture everything that happened last Tuesday?", Jarvis Monitor provides a clear yes-or-no answer along with the underlying activity counts, making it easy to spot missing data before it becomes a reporting problem downstream.
