Clara Monitor is the command centre for Clara—Carol's CEO—giving her a live view of what's planned, what's in progress, and what needs attention across the organisation. Think of it as a project-management dashboard purpose-built for an AI executive: it tracks planning status, task assignments, and status reports so Clara can stay on top of everything without chasing individual updates.

Because Clara sits at the top of Carol's org chart, she needs a single place to see how initiatives are progressing, who's responsible for what, and where things might be slipping. Clara Monitor is that place. It pulls together the information Clara needs to make decisions, flag blockers, and keep the broader team aligned—all behind authenticated access (only authorised users and agents can view it).

Usage Patterns

Clara Monitor comes into play whenever Clara is reviewing the state of work across Carol's ecosystem. A typical scenario: Merlin and the execution team have been driving several tasks forward during the day. Clara opens her monitor to check which tasks are complete, which are still in flight, and whether any are overdue. She can then issue new assignments or escalate blockers—without needing to ping each agent individually.

The app also supports status reporting, so when Clara needs to brief stakeholders or produce a summary of recent progress, the data is already consolidated. It pairs naturally with tools like Carol Monitor (the broader system-health dashboard) and Activity Tracker (which logs what agents have actually been doing), giving Clara both the plan view and the reality view side by side.
