Today the image generator can only inject Carol or Orion photoreal faces; every other agent falls back to Orion. So blog images cannot show the agents a post is actually about. Build: 1) For each key named agent (Clara, Elrond, Galadriel, Albus, Merlin, Archon, Sage, Forge, Argus, Themis, Radagast) author a short character bible (appearance grounded in namesake plus gender, continuous with their Carolopedia portrait) and generate a small consistent photoreal reference set, stored in a per-agent reference dir mirroring Carol/Orion. 2) Generalize find_reference_media plus the character-bible loader so passing agent=Name injects that agent references instead of the Orion fallback. 3) Give the Logbook Author a roster of agents with roles and responsibilities plus a rule to feature the agents most relevant to each post, emitting a per-image agent; the blog image call passes that agent so the right face appears. Keep Carol selfie-consistency gate untouched.

• Passing agent=<Name> to the image generator injects that agent reference face, not the Orion fallback (must_have)
• The Author receives agent roles and features the relevant agent per image, passing it through to image generation (must_have)
• A test blog renders heroes showing the correct agent faces (must_have)
