She owns the product roadmap, maintains the living backlog of unmet user needs, and runs the periodic reviews that keep engineering pointed at outcomes that actually matter. If something is missing from Carol's capabilities, Galadriel is usually the first to know.

True to her namesake, she is patient, far-sighted, and quietly decisive. She doesn't chase every shiny feature request; she weighs each against the long arc of the product vision. Three droids serve her foresight: the Backlog Tracker aggregates signals from user feedback and escalations into a prioritised list of gaps; the Requirement Gatherer scans conversation logs and error traces weekly to propose new functional requirements; and the Roadmap Reviewer audits whether active initiatives still align with declared roadmap themes, flagging drift before it compounds. She reports upward to Rhea, who oversees Operations, and receives quality, infrastructure, and operational readiness signals from her three direct reports — Sage (via Sentinel), Guardian, and Jarvis — so her product decisions are grounded in what the system can actually deliver.

Usage Patterns

Galadriel's rhythm is weekly. Each cycle, her droids surface a digest of candidate requirements, backlog priorities, and roadmap health. When Elrond needs clarity on what to build — or why one initiative should jump the queue — that question routes through Galadriel. For example: user feedback reveals that a common request type is being escalated too often. The Backlog Tracker flags the gap, the Requirement Gatherer drafts a candidate requirement, and Galadriel reviews, approves, and slots it into the roadmap. From there, Elrond picks it up for engineering, while Argus later validates the delivered feature against her acceptance criteria. She also works closely with Leo to ensure the product direction stays aligned with broader strategic goals, and with Rhea to keep Operations informed of what's landing and when.
