Clara Chat is where you go to have a conversation with Clara, Carol's CEO, about what you want to build. Think of it as a structured brainstorming session: you describe a project idea, and Clara asks questions, teases out requirements, and helps you shape vague intentions into something concrete enough to act on. It exists because jumping straight from "I have an idea" to a detailed plan usually skips the most important step — figuring out what you actually need.

The app is built around Carol's Supernova initiative framework, meaning the requirements Clara helps you gather feed directly into how projects get planned, designed, and tracked across the wider ecosystem. Clara Chat is an admin-only tool, reflecting the fact that defining new initiatives is a leadership-level activity.

Usage Patterns

A typical session starts when someone — usually Ninad or another admin — opens Clara Chat to kick off a new project or revisit an evolving one. You might say something like "I want to add a self-service onboarding flow for guest users", and Clara will walk you through the key questions: who is it for, what problem does it solve, what constraints exist, how will you know it worked? The conversation is iterative — you can refine answers, change direction, or explore trade-offs in real time.

Once requirements are sufficiently shaped, they can flow into tools like Carol Requirements for formal tracking or Carol's Planner for execution planning. Clara Chat pairs naturally with Clara Monitor, which gives Clara visibility into ongoing activity. In short, this app is the front door for turning ideas into initiatives — before architects, designers, or developers ever get involved.
