📖About & Usage

About

Carol Daily Activities is the ecosystem's end-of-day recap tool — a single screen that answers the question "what actually happened today?" It pulls together activity summaries from across Carol's network of AI agents, giving administrators and team leads a concise, digestible overview of the day's work without having to check each agent or app individually.

The app lives within the operations group of Carol's toolset, owned by Hermione (Hermione, the Process Monitor). Think of it as a daily newspaper for Carol's AI organisation: who was busy, what got done, and where things might need attention. It runs at its own dedicated address and is restricted to admin-level users — the people who need the bird's-eye view rather than the granular detail.

Usage Patterns

Carol Daily Activities is most useful at the start or end of a working session. A typical scenario: Ninad opens the app first thing in the morning to review what Carol's agents accomplished overnight — perhaps Forge (Forge) merged several pull requests, Sage (Sage) completed an analysis, and Loki (Loki) drafted new marketing content. Rather than digging through the Activity Tracker logs or each agent's individual monitor, the daily summary surfaces the highlights in one place.

It also serves as a lightweight audit trail. If something looks off — say a deployment went out unexpectedly — an admin can check the daily activities view to see which agents were active and what actions they took, then drill deeper using tools like Carol Monitor or Hermione Monitor as needed.
