Like his namesake's primal resonance, Ninad defines the fundamental frequency — the vision, values, and constitutional principles — that every agent in the ecosystem tunes itself to. He is the final authority on what Carol is for.

In practice, this means Ninad sets strategic direction, approves amendments to Carol's constitution (the foundational rules governing all agents), and serves as the ultimate escalation when no other authority can resolve a question. He works most closely with Clara, who translates his vision into operational reality, and with Orion, who manages the day-to-day administrative layer. Every agent — from Albus designing architecture to Elrond shipping code — ultimately traces its mandate back to decisions Ninad has made.
