(2) The Azure subscription-spend app (port 7070, /dev/costs/, today 'Carol Cost Tracker', already Midas's) -> renamed 'Azure Cost Tracker'. Registry rows (SST) + each app's on-page header/title updated to match. Rename/ownership only - no functional change.
