Create a new engagement tracking application parallel to the existing User Engagement app, but for internal Carol agents instead of human users. Each of the 12 Carol-internal agents will become a first-class engagement entity with message history stored by folder. This separates agent interactions from user interactions for clearer operational visibility. Orion will be moved from the User Engagement guest listing into the new Agent Engagement app, with all existing conversation history preserved.

⚖️Decisions

• Confirm all 12 agents (Albus, Merlin, Elrond, Archon, Sage, Forge, Argus, Themis, Radagast, Galadriel, Clara, Orion) launch with Agent Engagement in the initial release, or identify a subset for phased rollout (Orion)
• Define the policy for future agents added to Carol: auto-enroll in Agent Engagement or require manual configuration (Orion)
• Clarify whether agents should have read access to view their own engagement metrics on the Agent Engagement page (Orion)

• User Engagement app displays only human users, with no internal Carol agents visible (must_have)
• Agent Engagement app displays all 12 internal Carol agents with their engagement data (must_have)
• Orion's complete conversation history is visible on the Agent Engagement page with all timestamps and message counts preserved (must_have)
• Agent Engagement page displays message count and last-seen time for each agent (must_have)
• Users can drill into recent transcripts from the Agent Engagement page and view message exchanges (must_have)
• Agent Engagement app is fully read-only with no option to modify, delete, or export agent messages (must_have)
