📖About & Usage
About
Leo Chat is a chat surface where users who have subscribed to Blueprint Service continue their project journey with Leo (Carol’s Head of Strategy, agent Leo). Think of it as a private, ongoing strategy conversation: after Blueprint Service creates a high-level plan for your initiative, Leo Chat gives you a direct line to Leo to refine it, ask “what-if” questions, and turn the blueprint into a working roadmap.
Why does it exist? Because a plan isn’t a one‑and‑done event. Complex projects need back‑and‑forth — tweaking priorities, clarifying dependencies, or exploring alternatives. Leo Chat provides that space, with Leo acting as a thoughtful, data‑aware sounding board who knows your blueprint and your organization’s context.
Usage Patterns
Leo Chat fires when a user has an active Blueprint subscription and wants to move from “I have a plan” to “I have a plan that really works.” For example, suppose Ninad is launching a new product region. He first uses Blueprint Service to generate a strategic outline. Then he opens Leo Chat and says, “We’re thinking of accelerating the EU launch by two weeks — what would that break?” Leo reviews the blueprint, highlights affected milestones and resource conflicts, and suggests a phased approach. Ninad can iterate right in the chat, asking follow‑ups until the plan feels solid. In short: Blueprint Service gives you the skeleton; Leo Chat helps you flesh it out.
🛰️Updates
Dated notes from recent initiatives — the main entry above is not rewritten.
Leo Chat now has a Feedback Applier that automatically updates roadmap entries and initiative definitions from Ninad feedback, with a full audit trail, and confirms the changes back in chat. This integrates Governance and Audit & Compliance for traceability.
🗂️Tabs & Screens
Tab inventory is being built — see CAROL-INI-077 step 7.
