The Carolopedia portrait generator only depicts an agents namesake character when a Carolopedia namesake record exists, but that field is empty for every agent, so it always falls back to a generic humanoid portrait. Fix: build the agent portrait prompt from the registry character field (the populated namesake persona) so the portrait shows the actual character (Argus the hundred-eyed watchman, Tyr the one-handed warrior), and align the house-style text to the canonical pencil-and-ink sketch on cream. Then regenerate the drifted agents (Argus, Hermione, the five security agents) and verify they render as character sketches on the Carolopedia pages.

If a gate flags something pre-existing or unrelated to your change, waive it with a clear written rationale -- audit, don't skip. 7. Bypass skips the planner's auto-orchestration, NOT the standards.
