User experience around Blueprint subscription is invisible today. Make every step visible and make the approval feel like a milestone.

SCOPE:

(1) NOTIFICATIONS (three milestones the user should see): a. When Carol files the subscription request to Clara → immediate confirmation chat: thanks for joining, submitted for review, here is what happens next. b. When Clara/admin approves the request → Carol pushes a proactive WhatsApp celebration message: welcome to Blueprint, €100 trial credit issued, here is what you can do now, link to Gandalf Monitor. c. When the user has been subscribed (write to user_config.subscribed_services succeeded) → status visible via a new tool get_my_subscription_status the user can call any time.

(2) CREDIT MODEL: - Every user gets €100 trial credit on first subscription approval. - Stored in registry.users (new credit_eur column) or a new user_credits table. - €20/month subscription fee accrues; deducted from credit until exhausted. - No credit card / payment processor wired (out of scope) — credit is symbolic for now.

(3) STRATEGY COOKBOOK — new Pricing & Credits section with rate card.

(4) APPROVAL CEREMONY — admin_decide() pushes a proactive WhatsApp send to the user when status flips to approved. Includes celebration tone, credit balance, what to do next.

(5) Tests + Carol persona prompt update so she can talk about credit balance, subscription tier, billing.
