Build a public landing page that introduces Carol Chat with a 4-step explainer of how a service gets built end-to-end: 1. Tell Carol your idea. 2. Carol walks you through Gandalf's questions. 3. Gandalf drafts the roadmap + files the work. 4. The build team ships it.

Theme: match the Carolverse landing page (dark #0b0e14 bg, purple #a78bfa accent, Inter font, blur nav, gradient cards, big bold headlines with negative letter-spacing).

DELIVERABLES: - New HTML file at carol-vm:data/carol/landing/index.html. - New FastAPI route GET /carol/ and /carol/landing → serves the HTML. - CTA button on the page leads to /carol/webchat. - Page is reachable publicly via https://carol.denken-labs.com/carol/landing (catch-all nginx already proxies to 7111).

SUCCESS CRITERIA: - GET /carol/landing returns 200 with the page. - Carolverse colors + fonts visible. - 4-step section renders. - CTA links to /carol/webchat.
