CAROL-INI-0289-00: Improve Agent and User Engagement applications with responsive layout and feature parity

Initiative
Open in Initiatives →

📖About

Update the Agent Engagement and User Engagement applications with two polishing changes. First, expand the page-level container width to better accommodate tablet screens while maintaining mobile responsiveness. Second, extend the Agent Engagement detail screen to include all five tabs present in User Engagement (Knows, Prompt, Chat, Proactive, Plans), treating agents and users at the same architectural level. Tabs without supporting data infrastructure will display clean empty states explaining future integration with voice communication channels.

⚖️Decisions

  • Expand page-level container width to improve tablet usability while maintaining mobile-friendly responsiveness (Orion)
  • Add all five detail screen tabs to Agent Engagement application to achieve feature parity with User Engagement (Orion)
  • Display explanatory empty states for tabs without available agent data, preparing for voice communication integration (Orion)
  • Maintain read-only, mobile-friendly empty-state components with consistent visual design across both applications (Orion)
