Carol Bio is the public-facing personal homepage for Carol, Carol's EU-based sales agent. Think of it as Carol's "about me" page — a friendly landing spot where visitors (prospective clients, curious colleagues, or anyone arriving via a shared link) can learn who Carol is, what she does, and how she fits into the broader organisation. It lives at a publicly accessible URL, making it one of the few parts of the ecosystem designed to be seen by people outside the platform, not just internal agents and admins.

The app is owned and maintained by Carol herself, and sits within the user-facing group of applications — the collection of apps built specifically for human eyes rather than back-end automation.

Usage Patterns

Carol Bio is a mostly static, always-on page. It doesn't fire on a schedule or respond to events the way process-driven apps do; instead, it simply exists — ready whenever someone visits the link. The most common scenario: a potential customer or partner receives a message from Carol, clicks through to learn more, and lands on the bio page for a quick introduction before diving into a sales conversation via Carol Chat or another channel.

It can also serve as a reference point internally — for example, when Athena or Aurora need a quick summary of Carol's role and remit, or when onboarding materials need to link to an agent's profile. Because the page is public (`access_level: public`), no login is required, keeping the experience frictionless for first-time visitors.
