Ninad has decided to retire Gandalf as the strategist persona — too pop-culture saturated. New name: Leo (short for Leonardo da Vinci, the Renaissance polymath). Inherits everything Gandalf currently owns under Odin.

SCOPE: (1) registry.agents — name + character on row agt_034. (2) identity.md + config.json under the strategist agent folder. (3) Code references: shared/gandalf_seed.py → leo_seed.py; shared/gandalf_logger.py → leo_logger.py; agt_034/* — module names + function names + comments. (4) Tools: relay_to_gandalf in Blueprint becomes relay_to_leo. Keep relay_to_gandalf as a backwards-compat alias in dispatcher for grace period. (5) Prompts: prompt_all.md + Blueprint prompt + Bilbo identity.md (his "reports to Gandalf" line) + any cookbook entries referencing Gandalf. (6) gandalf-monitor app — display name → Leo Monitor; URL alias /dev/leo-monitor/ alongside existing /dev/gandalf-monitor/ for grace period. (7) Update Strategy Cookbook entries that name Gandalf. (8) DO NOT rewrite historical initiative descriptions or close-time decision rows — keep history intact. (9) Tests verify rename consistency + backwards-compat alias still works.
