Carol Infra Monitor (port 7173) currently uses a stripped-down stand-in UI. BBs actual Infra UI lives in _render_html (322 lines, gradient bg, sky-blue accent, VM-picker pills, 3 main metric cards with click-to-expand breakdown panels showing Carol-vs-System-vs-Other process groups, 7-day chart per metric, uptime, last-updated). Port BBs full UI to Carol Infra and extend Carol backend with the missing endpoints: weekly metric history per VM, per-metric breakdown (process classification into Carol/System/Other).

⚖️Decisions

• requester rewritten ninad -> orion per CAROL-INI-744: orion is the only human-CLI requester — Backfill of historical rows after INI744 added API-level refusal of requester=ninad. Orion is Ninads CLI agent; all human-originated initiatives are filed with requester=orion. (orion)
