Agent Carolopedia profiles do not show which service the agent belongs to. Add a Service card to each agent page, linking to the service. Derive it: service_agents owner/support first, else walk the org chart (reports_to) up to the nearest service owner (team membership). Leadership spine (Clara, Cassius, Odin, Rhea) shows no service for now (the aggregation service is being rethought separately). Show the role (owns / supports / part of this service).

• Each agent profile shows a Service card linking to its service, derived from membership/org-chart; spine shows none (must_have)
