Registry names are swapped vs the live system: agt_003 (named Hermione) is functionally the Tester (Engineering, reports to Merlin, agents/argus symlink, test droids, code self-labels Argus); agt_016 (named Argus) is the Process Monitor (Operations, reports to Rhea, agents/inspector). Fix: rename agt_003 Hermione->Argus (gender male); rename agt_016 Argus->Hermione (gender female, pronoun polish). Consolidate testing droids under Argus(agt_003): reassign owner of Regression Gate (ag-gate6-01) + Test Result Submission (ag-tr-01) from agt_016 to agt_003; rename Argus Reporter->Hermione Reporter (stays agt_016, the monitor). Update argus_test app owner metadata agt_016->agt_003. Add agents/hermione symlink. Files stay in place per the Owner concept (ownership != folder).
