Both apps shipped with custom nav bars instead of the canonical CAROL_LOGO_v4 topbar (fixed strip with '← Apps' on the left + Owner badge on the right) that every other Carol app uses. Replace the custom nav with the canonical topbar + position the existing branding as a proper app header (icon + h1 + tagline) below it.
