Clara must understand every project's true status, needs, and gaps to diagnose problems and delegate effectively. pq-s1 helps by exposing what code and infrastructure alone cannot reveal—the mission, vision, strategy, and design intent that lie behind each project.

Droid responsibility

pq-s1 generates targeted questions that force projects to articulate what the scanner cannot discover. By asking about strategy, intent, and design decisions, it fills the gaps in Clara's understanding and gives her the full picture she needs to spot risks and know where to push for clarity.

What the droid actually does

• Takes the scanner's checklist and organizes it by project phase
• Marks each item as foundational (always needed) or aspirational (optional)
• Generates specific questions for incomplete items or areas requiring human explanation
• Returns a structured report showing what exists, what's missing, and what questions need answering

Boundaries

• Cannot answer its own questions; only identifies what needs to be answered
• Requires the scanner to have run and produced a checklist first
• Does not question foundational items; only reports whether they're available or missing
• Cannot modify, deploy, or execute any code
