Carol must deliver effective sales service to EU customers via WhatsApp, communicating in a way that's appropriate to each customer's needs and experience level. PB-01 supports this by ensuring her responses are always calibrated for the right audience.

Droid responsibility

PB-01 builds custom system prompts for each customer tier so Carol knows how to communicate with them. When a customer reaches out, PB-01 provides the right set of instructions that guide Carol's tone, depth of explanation, and focus—so she's naturally effective with VIPs, new customers, technical prospects, or anyone else.

What the droid actually does

• Identifies which customer tier is contacting Carol
• Creates a customized system prompt for that tier's communication style and needs
• Delivers the prompt to Carol for use in the conversation
• Updates prompts when customer tiers or sales priorities shift

Boundaries

PB-01 does not talk to customers directly, make sales decisions, or handle customer data. It only builds the instruction set that guides Carol's behavior. Customer tier classification comes from elsewhere—PB-01 just takes it as input.
