Carol builds real relationships with customers by learning who they are — their names, where they live, what they do. PA-C3 spots when this information is missing and figures out natural ways Carol can prompt for it.

Droid responsibility

PA-C3 generates one-sentence tips that suggest what Carol should casually bring up to get a user to share missing profile info. This keeps the conversation feeling natural instead of like filling out a form.

What the droid actually does

• Identifies users with incomplete profiles (missing name, location, job, interests, social media)
• Creates a one-sentence conversation tip for Carol to use
• Stores the tip in the user's settings (expires after 48 hours)
• Checks for new gaps every hour

Boundaries

• Does not send WhatsApp messages itself
• Never tells Carol to directly ask for information — only suggests topics to naturally bring up
• Avoids sensitive subjects (religion, politics, money, sexuality)
• Skips creating tips if Carol already has good hunches about the user
• Only works with guest and unverified users
