Carol must provide excellent, personalized customer service and make informed sales decisions. She needs to remember each customer's history, preferences, and past interactions so she can serve them better and build lasting relationships.

Droid responsibility

MM-01 is Carol's memory system. It stores and retrieves everything Carol learns about customers — their preferences, conversation history, and important details. When Carol is talking to a customer, MM-01 makes sure she has all the relevant background information she needs to engage effectively.

What the droid actually does

MM-01 stores customer information and conversation history. It retrieves relevant details when Carol needs them during interactions. It updates memories with new information from each conversation. It keeps customer information organized so Carol can access what she's learned about each person.

Boundaries

MM-01 only stores what it's been told — it doesn't infer or generate new information about customers. It doesn't make decisions about what to remember or forget. It won't take action on customer data beyond storage and retrieval.
