Droid responsibility
mh-01 is the gateway for incoming messages. It receives messages from WhatsApp and passes them to Carol's processing system, so Carol can read what customers say and decide how to engage.
What the droid actually does
Receives messages from WhatsApp, validates they are properly formatted, extracts sender details and message content, and delivers them to Carol's processing pipeline. Tracks delivery confirmation.
