Ninad rename: too-pop Gandalf to Leo, a Renaissance polymath archetype. Single proper noun, conveys architect / designer / artist + truth + power.

SCOPE: (1) Registry row agt_034: name=Leo, origin=Renaissance polymath, character rewritten in Da Vinci voice. (2) Identity file rewritten. (3) Bilbos identity updated (his boss is now Leo not Gandalf). (4) All user-facing string references swapped: Blueprint tools.py + prompt.md + service_meta.json, voice.py tool descriptions, prompt_all.md, gandalf-monitor app HTML title, roadmap app strings, agt_034 droid comments + log messages. (5) Cookbook entries (Build + Strategy + Migration cookbooks) — search-and-replace Gandalf to Leo in entry content + titles where Gandalf is named. (6) Defer to Phase 2: file path renames (shared/gandalf_*.py modules, apps/gandalf-monitor folder, table name gandalf_droid_runs), URL alias /dev/leo-monitor/ via nginx (needs sudo). These are technical artifacts not user-facing; safe to keep gandalf-named until a sudo window.

Tests: registry row, identity, key string replacements, no remaining Gandalf in user-facing prompts.
