The Logbook render-time linker linked every distinct agent/app/droid name mention with no cap and excluded services. Added services to /api/refs (walking services/*/service_meta.json), and capped Carolopedia links to 7 per blog via a budget shared across all posts and the updates section, deduped per entity. Applies to all 65 existing blogs at render time. Verified: a rich blog now links a mix of agents, droids and an app, capped at 7.
