The org Departments tab omits Transformation entirely and has no sub-departments for it. Add Transformation (color, DEPT_INFO entry, deptOrder, DEPT_SUBS) with Strategy and Migration as its two sub-departments, matching the existing Operations/Support sub-department pattern. Frontend-only (org index.html); agents already carry department=Transformation.
