Field notes on agentic engineering

CLI-030: Fixed Carol WhatsApp stuck-initiatives routing loop. PA-C12 now treats greetings/corrections as current-turn direct chat, PA-C0 is protected from stale initiative context, user DB sidecars inherit carol-dev, Carol service restarted, tests 6/6 passed, live route/write checks passed. Also repaired shared.bypass_twin_review run_id bug exposed during close; CAROL-INI-2556 reviewing/pass.

Confirmed Carol is stuck in Build Initiatives routing because user DB writes are failing and stale initiative history dominates PA-C12.

Opened bypass execution 538/run 1125 for Carol routing and DB persistence fix.

Post-restart logs show no readonly write failures, no PA-C0 JSON parse leaks, and no fresh Build Initiatives route for the checked paths.

bypass_end completed the execution but the bypass reviewer wrapper hit an unrelated run_id NameError; investigating initiative state before final handoff.

Re-ran bypass_end after fixing the twin-review run_id bug; reviewer passed and initiative returned to reviewing/UAT state.
