Built the Process RSI dashboard (7267, exact Pipeline RSI clone, per-service tabs + week/day/process drilldown), shared metrics module + backfilled history store, collector + improvement-engine droids (cron 05:35/05:45, run-audited; first live run filed 3 improvement initiatives: security 2.4, whatsapp 5.0, monitoring 8.5), scorecard measure column now shows actual scores deep-linking to the trend, registry + start.sh + nginx route + Carolopedia pages done.
Built /dev/rsi/ (7268): catalogue-style landing over all 23 services, measures as tabs per service, every trend in the identical Pipeline-RSI layout (CPU health drift fixed), blueprint as an honest scoreboard tab.
