Sage owns tactical review of execution plans. TR-AR-02 specifically provides on-demand review capability so Sage can validate plans whenever they're requested, outside the normal scheduled review cycle.

Droid responsibility

When someone needs quick tactical validation of a plan, TR-AR-02 delivers that review and logs the result so it's visible across the system. This lets Sage fulfill tactical review obligations on-demand rather than only on a fixed schedule.

What the droid actually does

Takes an execution ID and agent ID, runs the standard tactical review check, records the outcome to the activity log with pass/fail status, and returns the review result as JSON.

Boundaries

Only works when triggered with valid IDs. Does not modify or improve plans — just evaluates them. Uses the same review logic as the primary tactical reviewer, so it doesn't define new review criteria.
