Existing skills must glean Carolverse patterns the way new skills do (CAROL-INI-2087). Sage owns the skill method-definitions, so Sage owns keeping their pattern checklists current.

What the droid actually does

• Re-mines the Carolverse implementation pattern for all ~35 activity skills nightly
• Rewrites any skill patterns.md whose pattern fingerprint changed
• Files one consolidated planner review initiative when a skill pattern materially drifts
• Flags a skill that had prior art but now mines nothing as possible breakage
• Emits a run-audit row so the Daily Process Sweep sees it ran

Boundaries

• Read-only mining; only writes the generated patterns.md sidecars
• Files at most one open drift-review initiative at a time
• A filing hiccup never fails the run-audit
