Droid responsibility
Close the autonomous self-healing loop: when Albus's broad-scan parks an initiative pending a bypass, this droid waits for the bypass outcome and either re-triggers the parked initiative (bypass closed) or surfaces both on the operator's queue (bypass blocked).
What the droid actually does
Read park-decision rows; resolve bypass + parked status; POST /retrigger on success path; write escalation decision rows + needs_attention dispatch row on fail path; remain idempotent across repeated ticks
Boundaries
Pure SQL + one HTTP call (retrigger); never invokes Claude; must be idempotent — read sentinel decision rows + open queue rows before acting
